All triathletes must declare their bicycles upon arrival at Iquique Airport (General Diego Aracena Aguilar International Airport – IQQ).
To do so, they must complete the following document and present it to customs: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LioDFWlUZJgcA1pl_B3ngb5igjza07bZ/view?usp=drive_link
This document will be required by customs authorities upon departure from Iquique.

Athletes arriving with bicycle boxes or oversized sports equipment are strongly encouraged to confirm luggage capacity with the transportation provider before travelling.
Transportation from Diego Aracena International Airport
The official World Triathlon Cup Iquique transportation service is now available for all registered athletes.
To coordinate your airport transfer and ensure proper transportation arrangements, all athletes are kindly requested to complete the following form with their flight details:

Please make sure to provide accurate and complete flight information, including your arrival and departure details. This information will be used to organize the official airport transfer service in Iquique.
Iquique’s Diego Aracena International Airport (IQQ) is located approximately 30 km from the city. Official airport transportation services have service desks located at the exit of the domestic and international arrivals areas.
Athletes who prefer to arrange their own transportation may use the following alternatives:
Transvip
Transvip offers airport transfer services that can be booked through its website or mobile application. Services include shared transfers, exclusive vehicles and vans. Prices vary according to the route, vehicle and availability at the time of booking, so athletes should check the current fare directly when making their reservation.
Please note that Transvip's currently published airport-service information does not list Iquique among its standard operating cities, so availability for Iquique should be confirmed directly before booking.
Airport Taxis
Official airport taxis are available directly at Diego Aracena Airport. The current published reference fare between the airport and Iquique city is approximately CLP $25,000 per vehicle, although fares may vary and should be confirmed at the airport counter before travelling.
Taxis can be especially convenient for athletes travelling with bicycles and large amounts of luggage. Athletes should confirm that the vehicle can accommodate their bike box before accepting the service.
Local Transfer Services
Local transfer companies also operate between Diego Aracena Airport and Iquique. Current published prices are approximately:
Shared transfer: from CLP $8,000–$10,000 per person
Shared taxi: approximately CLP $10,000–$12,000 per person
Exclusive taxi: approximately CLP $24,000–$25,000 per vehicle
Exclusive van (4–5 passengers): from approximately CLP $45,000
Exclusive van (6–7 passengers): from approximately CLP $55,000
Prices may vary depending on the provider, time, destination and number of passengers.
