World Triathlon

The Triathlon competition of the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 will be held from 29 September to 2 October 2023 at Chun’an Jieshou Sports Centre Triathlon Course.

The Triathlon competition consists of three (3) events: Men’s Individual, Women’s Individual and Mixed Relay.

Competition Schedule:

29 September 2023 (Friday) TRI01 08:00–10:30 Men Individual
30 September 2023 (Saturday) TRI02 08:00–10:30 Women Individual
02 October 2023 (Monday) TRI03 08:00–10:30 Mixed Relay

Competition Format:

Individual Events:

Swim 1.5km (2 laps)
Bike 40km (6 laps)
Run 10km (4 laps)

Mixed Relay (distance per leg):
Swim 300m (1 lap)
Bike 6.67km (1 lap)
Run 1.86km (1 lap)
