Elite 16 year and older
Junior 16-19 year
Youth 16-17 year
Mixed Relay from 15 year and older
All individual classes start together. That means that elite, junior and youth start together – women and men separately.
DISTANCE
Individual:
Sprint distance (750-20-5)
Swim: 750m (1 lap)
Bike: 20km (4 laps)
Run: 5km (2 laps)
Mixed Relay:
Mixed Relay distance (265-6,5-1,5)
Swim: 265m (1 lap)
Bike: 6,5km (3 laps)
Run (1-3): 1,5km (1 laps)
Run (4): 1,65km (1 laps)

SWIM
Swimming is in a channel. Start mechanism: deep water start
BIKE
The bike course s technical and runs partly through the center of Linköping. Most of the track is asphalt. A small part through the city is the base of paving stones.
We will not have first runners, last biker scenario which means we will not pick anyone away on the bike course.
RUN
The run course goes though nice green parks and close to the channel with nice views. Surfaces varies between asphalt and gravel and as well as a shorter distance on the wooden bridge.
