ALL ELITE ENTRIES ARE TO BE MADE THROUGH YOUR NATIONAL FEDERATION AND NO ATHLETE WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE START LIST IF THE ENTRY HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED THROUGH THE ITU ONLINE ENTRY SYSTEM.

COURSE DETAILS:

SWIM
Water temperature: Expect 20 degree
Number of laps: STANDARD: 2 LAPS x 750m
(Start Mechanism: pontoon, deep water, beach mass start) DEEP WATER
(Conditions: ocean, lake, river, brief description) LAKE-CLEAN, DISEASE & ANIMAL FREE.

BIKE
Number of laps: STANDARD: 6 LAPS x 6.6km. All other races divisable.
(Brief description including: hills, corners, technical aspects)Hilly and technical, no requirement though for gear/cassette changes- 16% gradient. Road closure.

RUN
Number of laps:STANDARD x 4 LAPS x 2.5km. All other races divisible.
(Hills, corners, technical aspects)Hilly, 19% gradient, 90% pavement,10% grass.
