Start Mechanism: DEEP WATER
LAKE-CLEAN, DISEASE & ANIMAL FREE.

BIKE
Number of laps: STANDARD: 6 LAPS x 6.6km. All other races divisable.
Hilly and technical, no requirement though for gear/cassette changes- 16% gradient. Road closure.

RUN
Number of laps:STANDARD x 4 LAPS x 2.5km. All other races divisible.
Hilly, 19% gradient, 90% pavement,10% grass.
