Are you an avid triathlon fan? Are you attending the Dextro Energy Triathlon ITU World Championship Grand Final in Gold Coast, Australia? Have you worked your butt off to get here and want other people to hear your story?

If you are, we at ITU want to hear from you. Please tell us about your interesting or inspirational journey to the 2009 ITU Triathlon World Championships and have your story published for thousands of your peers to see. If your story is chosen as the winner (one man, one woman) you will receive a Suunto prize kit containing a Suunto t6c Triathlon Series wristop computer system with foot and bike pod, courtesy of Suunto, Train Smarter; as well as a VIP package for the Gold Coast containing VIP tickets for the Saturday and Sunday and an Asics sports package.  Total prize value of $1,000.

You may also have the chance to be highlighted on the 52-minute television show that is produced from the world championships and televised around the world.

Send in your interesting or inspirational story to ITU attention: “Triathlon Writers” and we will inform you if your story is chosen to be published. There is no minimum or maximum amount of words. Just tell us like it is. Please provide pictures if possible.
