Swim: 750m (1 lap) - Deep Water Start

Bike: 20km (4 laps) - Rolling Course

Run: 5km (2 laps) - Flat Course

Prize Money Distribution: Elite men and women (Prize money will be distributed to the top 5 athletes no matter if they are elite or junior)
1st:  1,500 USD
2nd: 1,250 USD
3rd:  1,000 USD
4th:    750 USD
5th;    500 USD
*Prize money will be settled in HK dollar at a rate of USD1: HKD7.8
